Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must have created an account at the time of placing your order by entering your email address. Return requests can only be initiated by logging into your account.
Prepaid vs Partial COD Refund Policy
We support both prepaid and partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. However, due to limitations imposed by our payment gateway partner, please note the following:

Prepaid Orders: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Partial COD Orders (₹60 advance payment):
Only the advance amount (₹60) can be refunded. The remaining amount collected at the time of delivery cannot be refunded, as it is handled directly by the courier and is not processed through a refundable digital channel.
We understand this may be inconvenient, but this limitation is due to how our payment gateway partner processes and restricts refunds.
We recommend opting for full prepaid payment if you wish to be eligible for a complete refund in case of return.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at egyptiancarnelian@gmail.com so we can resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
